– Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached to be eligible for exchange.
– To claim damage policy exchange we need proof of the defect and then can be processed further.

– **Return Shipping:** The customer is responsible for sending the item back to the provided address. Alternatively, a pick-up can be arranged by Dribble, but the overhead costs associated with the pick-up will be borne by the customer.
– **Quality Check:** Once the returned item is received by Dribble, it will undergo a quality check. Only after the item passes this check will the new exchange product be shipped.
**6. Shipping Costs:**
– Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges and pick-ups, if applicable.
**7. Exceptions:**
– We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any items purchased. All sales are final. Items purchased during sales or promotions are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
